Add a workstation, move a server rack, pull a new data run, chase an electrical fault, or upgrade IT cabling and the conventional wall must be cut open, contained, rebuilt, skimmed, sanded, and repainted. Dust, noise, fumes, drying time, and rooms out of service for days.
